రాత్రి ఇద్దరం కలిసినప్పుడు
కొంత పవిత్రత
కొంత పాపం

రాత్రి ఇద్దరం మాట్లాడుకున్నప్పుడు
కొంత మౌనం
కొంత గానం

రాత్రి ఇద్దరం మైమరచినప్పుడు
కొంత హింస
కొంత మీమాంస

రాత్రి ఇద్దరం గొడవపడినప్పుడు
కొంత ప్రేమ
కొంత ద్వేషం
ఇంకొంత అసహనం

ఇళ్ల గురించి కదా ఇదంతా
తల్లుల గురించి
ఎప్పటికీ లేని తండ్రుల గురించీ
కదా ఇదంతా
మన కధ అంతా
మన కదలికల కలల అలజడి
అంతా, అనంతం దాకా-

ఇక రాత్రి పాక ముందు మిగిలిన
నీలాంటి
నాలాంటి
మత్తుతో, జీవన మృతువుతో
ఊగుతున్న పూలలోంచి
ఒక వేకువ జాములోకి కదా మనం
కదిలిపోతాం

కొంత స్మృతితో
కొంత విస్మృతితో

మళ్ళా
మరో రాత్రిలోకి
మరో స్నేహంలోకి-

    Yhis comment is definitely going to hurt you..
    your poetry looks like a great mix of Siva reddy and Mo.It is a great mix of emotion (as in SR) and vishadam(as in Mo).
    Having said that, it is great.

    Hi Anonymous, I strongly disagree with you.
    Srikanth poetry is "UNIQUE".....LIKE A FINGER PRINT.....
    Its not a mix of SR and MO as you told.
    I read SR, MO and Srikanth works. If you want to know this by your self , simple , just read "Ithara" once again....In ithara there is a poem called "Nenem chesthu vuntanani adagakandi".....JUST READ THAT…
    Srikanth is Srikanth....He is one of the finest and true poet....AN UNSUNG HERO...

    I know that Srikanth is definitely unique. That is the reason we are discussing.I do not want to discuss about copy cats... Please do search for "Dwarfs standing on the shoulders of giants" in the internet.There is nothing wrong in using seniors style and improvising it...
